Steps.
1: Snap a picture of the machine number
2: Record down the time
3: Sent us the picture, time, date, YOUR unit no, and name to whatsapp 012-2158631 or facebook inbox.

Hi Damai Residence, To be Inform, we have stop the incoming water to our shop on 08/03/2018 due to the shortage of water for the residence.
But do not worry about the washing machine, we have a stand by water tank behind until any one of the user used without water washing, we will make refund to you. Other than that, we hope the one who notice this problem will help to write a notice here or a piece of paper at our shop. Thank you the dearest Damai Residence.
