RESEARCH ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITY

Project Title: Integration of Deep-Learning-Based Driving Behavior Detection Module with Smart Dashcam
Institution: Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM)
We are seeking a Research Assistant to join an exciting project on AI-driven systems for detecting driving behavior.
Requirements:
==========
Background: Malaysian citizen with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Skills: Strong knowledge in circuit design and software/hardware integration.
Tasks: Assist in circuit design, application integration, and documentation.
Salary: Net salary of approximately RM3,200/month (after deduction) for a 9-month contract. Immediate start.
Traits: Independent, meticulous, highly motivated, with strong communication skills.

VITAL Lab met with a technical team led by Mr. Wei Young from Amtel Cellular Sdn. Bhd. to discuss the progress of the Industry Matching Grant Project (IMaP). This project involves the joint development of an Intelligent Behavior Monitoring System (BMS) to be integrated with Amtel Cellular's existing product lineup.
