🧰 准备工具：
水盆（自来水）｜硬纸皮（单脚大小）｜手机｜干毛巾
📍 操作步骤：
1️⃣ 打湿脚底
将一只脚放入水盆，脚底和脚趾全部打湿
2️⃣ 踩印足迹
湿脚自然站立在纸皮上（约3秒），轻轻抬起
👉 留下完整脚印即可
3️⃣ 擦干 & 换脚
用毛巾擦干后，重复另一只脚
4️⃣ 拍照记录
用手机拍下左右脚各一张清晰照片
