Some of you have told us that they get really sad when some of your nails fall off and goes missing. We understand that pain😭 which is why we always include a few extra nails in each set purchased for free!
Don't we have the greatest service?😏
However, we cannot help you if you measured and chose the wrong size/shape once we have started painting the nails. So, there will be no refund for these cases.
