My classic chicken pie, full of minced chicken meat, potatoes & mixed veg. It's a well balanced, buttery & delicious meal. The pastry is not too puffy, as to maintain its crisp outer crust for a longer time.

Reviving my moms traditional English fruitcake. Fruits have to be brandy soaked for a minimum 14 days. The finished cake is then basted with brandy daily for 4 days.
