A little action-packed experience this week💪🥋 – Mont Victoria students got a beginner’s introduction to taekwondo self-defence! This special workshop session was held as part of this week’s co-curricular activity.

Martial arts learning is never about showing off or picking fights – it’s about self-protection🛡️which requires alertness, discipline and agility. And of course, a great way to build self-confidence too!
