PAJSK 是马来西亚教育部推行的学生体能、运动与课外活动综合评估制度，也是孩子升学评分的重要依据。

PAJSK 的重要性

1. 对升学：直接影响进国立大学（IPTA）
- 占 STPM/SPM 升学总分 10%
- 分数低会拉低整体成绩，再好的考试分也可能进不了理想科系
- 热门科系（医学、法律、工程等）对 PAJSK 要求更高，低分直接被刷

2. 对奖学金与奖励
- JPA、MARA、Yayasan 等各类国家/州奖学金都会看 PAJSK
- 课外活动表现差 → 直接失去申请资格

3. 对学校表现与学籍
- PAJSK 是必修课，不参与、不达标会影响：
- 升班资格
- 学校综合评价
- 毕业记录完整性

4. 对学生个人发展
- 培养组织能力、团队合作、领导能力
- 丰富履历，对未来申请私立大学、工作实习都有帮助
- SEGAK 体测部分也督促学生保持体能健康

5. 对私立大学 & 国外大学
虽然不是硬性门槛，但高分 PAJSK 是加分项，能体现学生全面发展，不是只会读书的书呆子。
