Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor
(Contract-Based)
Location: Penang
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Renovation / site activities and ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The role is contract-based and ideal for professionals who thrive in a project-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials on site.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Prepare daily progress reports
Resolve site issues and report deviations or delays promptly.
requirement:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods( drawing), materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Remuneration: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
