Jelajah Halal Malaysia kembali lagi! Kali ini, HDC membawa rangkaian program eksklusif ke Kota Kinabalu, Sabah pada 31 Julai - 1 Ogos 2026, menampilkan pelbagai pengisian bernilai untuk komuniti perniagaan halal.

Antara yang bakal dikongsikan termasuk khidmat rundingan bagi memajukan perniagaan halal, fasilitasi dana dan kewangan untuk PKS, taklimat industri halal bersama rakan strategik, serta Klinik MudahCara Pensijilan Halal. Selain itu, peserta juga berpeluang mengikuti sesi bersama Halal Training Institute, onboarding Halal Integrated Platform (HIP) dan pelbagai lagi aktiviti yang dirangka khusus untuk memperkukuh ekosistem halal.

Today, HDC received a courtesy visit from Maybank Islamic, led by Mr. Adnan Sharif, EVP and Head of Regional Halal Ecosystem, accompanied by members of the Halal Economy and Ecosystem team. HDC was represented by Mr. Hanisofian Alias, Interim CEO, and team.

Our CEO emphasized the importance of practical, scalable collaborations that use digital platforms and industry partnerships to broaden access to halal services and boost public awareness of halal and Islamic finance. The meeting explored several practical areas for collaboration, including integrating Maybank’s Salaam Market with HDC’s Halal Integrated Platform (HIP), joint awareness programmes on halal certification and Islamic finance, targeted halal training, and partnership in events organised by HDC.

These initiatives aim to combine HDC’s sector expertise with Maybank Islamic’s digital reach to deliver complementary services and opportunities for industry players and the wider community. HDC looks forward to deepening this strategic partnership and turning these discussions into concrete projects that support growth across the halal ecosystem.

𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗥 𝗝𝗢𝗠 𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗜 𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗜 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗜𝗡 𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗦, 𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗜 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗡

The 1st Jom Halal Madani Negeri Sembilan 2026 Seminar began on Monday, 6 July 2026, at Gemas Resort in a weeklong series across the state. The program helps entrepreneurs understand halal certification and the business development support available from the Implementation Coordination Unit, Prime Minister’s Department.

More than 60 people from the Gemas area attended, and sessions focused on awareness of halal compliance and opportunities offered in halal business.

HDC was represented by our Chief Commercial Officer, En. Zamulud Awang Kechik, who explained how important the application of halal standards is to the food and beverage sector. HDC supports entrepreneurs in adopting those standards for consumers' benefit and for businesses to gain value. Representatives from ICU Negeri Sembilan and Putrajaya also briefed attendees on the assistance available to entrepreneurs.

Today we met with Puan Noor Hayati Amat, Assistant Director of Sales at the Sabah International Convention Centre, to discuss the Kota Kinabalu venue. HDC was represented by Puan Faridah Mohd Ali, Acting Head, Corporate Communications, and the team.

Our discussion covered the practical details and main challenges for preparing JHM Sabah. It was a thorough meeting, and we worked through concerns to ensure key arrangements are addressed so the event runs smoothly.
