Attended as many classes as I could by teacher Tilak TIYA YOGA last week.

There’s always something new to learn from him because he is always learning, expanding, exploring and willing to innovate to stay relevant and practical. Always encourages us to ask questions and patiently replies.

Many good takeaways that I can share on. Gratitude to have this type of teacher 🙏🏼
