Today we wanted to take a moment to talk about Penang One Better Fest.

As a team based in Penang, seeing Bukit Mertajam host a festival of this scale and energy was honestly emotional for us.

This old town suddenly felt younger, more alive — like someone hit a refresh button on the whole place.
It was just a one-day event, but it showed us how much potential this city still has.

From the first day we met Sai & Bernice, their “let’s just do it” energy was unmistakable.

Watching them use content to tell Penang’s stories, to show its beauty, and to get more people to pay attention to this city, you can feel how deeply they believe in this place.

Over the years, their content grew stronger, their community grew louder, and it all led to this moment: a 20,000 people One Better Fest.And honestly, the only thing that came to mind was: you really did it!

We were also really happy that D&T got to design the visual identity for this festival.But even happier to see friends turn “Penang One Better” into something people could actually walk into and experience.

Penang deserves to be told this way, to be seen this way.And we’re grateful to be growing alongside this city.

今天想要談談Penang One Better Fest，
身為一個在檳城的團隊，看到大山腳可以辦起這麼有規模、這麼有能量的 festival，真的很感動，也感覺大山腳這一座老城市因為這個活動，變年輕了變得更有活力了。
雖然只是一個短短一天的活動，但給我們看到了這座老城的發展可能性。

從我們第一天認識 Sai & Bernice，他們那種「想拍就拍、想做就做」的衝勁就很明顯。一路看他們用內容把檳城講得更好、拍得更美、讓更多人開始注意這座城市，
你會知道他們是真的很相信這裡、很想把這裡做好。

這些年，看著他們的內容越來越強、社群越來越有力量，
最後走到今天這個兩萬人的 One Better Fest，
心裡真的只冒出一句：你們真的做到了。

這次的視覺由D&T設計，我們自己也覺得很開心。
更開心的是，看著朋友把「Penang One Better」這句話變成一個大家可以真正走進去的現場。

檳城值得被這樣講、被這樣放大。
而我們也很感謝，能一路陪著這座城市一起長大。
