Hello and welcome.
My name is Jenn and I'm so grateful you're here.

Many people know me as a former teacher. Education was a meaningful part of my life and I had the privilege of guiding and supporting many students. At the age of 40, I made the decision to retire early and begin a new chapter—one that was closer to my heart and aligned with my personal growth.

After leaving teaching, I became a business owner selling crystals. Through this journey, I met people from all walks of life, each carrying their own hopes, challenges and dreams. Those conversations inspired me to learn more about holistic wellness and energy healing.

As I continued learning, I discovered Reiki. What began as curiosity gradually became a meaningful practice in my life. Reiki encouraged me to slow down, reconnect with myself and approach life with greater calm, balance and compassion.

Today, I am a certified Reiki practitioner and I feel honoured to share this practice with others. My intention is to provide a safe, welcoming and peaceful space where people can relax, recharge and support their own wellness journey.

I believe that every person's path is unique. Whether you're looking for a moment of peace, a way to reconnect with yourself or simply a quiet space to unwind, I'm here to support you with care and respect.
