The COVID-19 outbreak is causing additional challenges and exacerbating the effects of social isolation, stress, and anxiety. In this project, we have created a video as part of promoting safety and health, especially during this unprecedented situation, COVID-19. Due to the current pandemic, we have identified some methods that do not require leaving our home.
