麻坡生活节「老街不打烊」

很开心这两天能够参与这样一个充满人情味与在地文化的活动，在热闹的老街中，与大家相遇、交流。

透过我们的小互动：
情绪瓶子 —— 让情绪被看见、被理解
情绪石头 —— 让说不出口的感受，有一个出口

看见大人小孩都愿意停下脚步，认真感受自己的内在，
原来，在忙碌与热闹之中，我们都还是渴望被理解，也渴望更靠近自己一点。

谢谢每一位来到我们摊位、愿意体验与分享的你们
也谢谢这个活动，让心理健康可以用更轻松、贴近生活的方式被看见。

We’re truly grateful to have been part of this meaningful and vibrant community event over the past two days. In the lively atmosphere of the old town, it was a joy to connect and engage with so many of you.

Through our small interactive activities:
Emotion Bottles — allowing feelings to be seen and understood
Emotion Stones — giving a gentle outlet to emotions that are hard to express

It was deeply touching to see both adults and children pause, slow down, and tune into their inner world.
Even in the midst of noise and busyness, we are all still longing to be understood — and to feel a little closer to ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth and was willing to experience and share 。
And thank you to this beautiful event for making mental health more approachable, relatable, and seen in everyday life.
