Beras Hitam : Very soft, slow release of energy, helps to control appetite, has 30% more thiamine which helps to metabolize glucose.

Beras Merah : Burst of energy (research shows high GI) , bran helps to reduce cardiovascular risk and hypertension.

Beras Roti : Similar to Pengiran, has a milky fragrance when you open it, short grain. Some customers like to use this for porridge.

Beras Pengiran : Similar to Roti, has a milky fragrance when opened, longer in grain.

Beras Adan : Same variety as Bario rice. Also from the highlands
