10 April 2026 marks a significant milestone for Neopetro Sdn Bhd.
At Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu, the official signing ceremony for the provision of one (1) Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel in support of Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia’s Sabah operations (2026–2027) was held.

The agreement was signed by Dr Pascal Hos, Country Head for Malaysia & Vietnam representing Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited and SEA Hibiscus Sdn Bhd, together with Tn Haji Mahmud Bin Mokti, Managing Director of Neopetro Sdn Bhd.

The ceremony was witnessed by YB Datuk Seri Panglima Masidi Manjun, Sabah Minister of Finance and Chairman of SMJ Energy, alongside Ts. Hj. Mazri Mohd Ali (PETRONAS MPM), representing the SVP of Malaysia Petroleum Management.

Also presence to witness were top office bearers from SMJ Energy, Sabah Oil & Gas Services Council (SOGSC), department heads from Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited and Neopetro Directors - reflecting strong industry collaboration 🤝

Equally meaningful was also the MoU between Pelita Akademi Sdn Bhd and Neopetro, focused on advancing Maritime (Near Coastal) TVET training to empower Sabahan OSV seafarers ⚓

Together, these milestones reflect trust, shared commitment, and a unified vision to strengthen Sabah and Malaysia’s offshore support ecosystem.

On 19 March 2026, we conducted a Management Facility Visit (MFV) to our AHT vessel, ERA MERAHPUTIH.

The visit was led by General Manager Operations, Capt. Wong Tung Ying, together with ISM/HSSE Manager Mr. Methushael Spit and Operations Manager Capt. Amirruddin bin Hassan. Also in attendance were Executive Director of Business & Finance, Mr. Larrie Tan, and Executive Director of Corporate Strategy & Operations, Ms. Jacqueline Rani Lucas.

The visit focused on reviewing vessel readiness, safety practices, and ongoing operations, while also providing an opportunity to engage directly with the crew onboard. Such visits remain important in ensuring alignment with operational and HSSE requirements.

Our latest HSSE campaign, “I Am The Difference,” is officially live. Launched on 11 March by ISM/HSSE Manager Methushael Spit and Executive Director Corporate Strategy & Operations Jacqueline Rani Lucas , the rollout brought our entire organization together—connecting the office with our crews at sea.

This campaign reaffirms that our safety culture is built on individual accountability. Whether you're in the boardroom or on the deck, your actions matter.
