Duyong Dive Center

About an hour eastwards from our dive centre at Pulau Tinggi, Johor, are Pulau Dayang and Pulau Aur, where the remains of an Omura's whale has laid on bare rocks for several years, unidentified. Read about how Dr Ponnampalam from MareCet Marine Mammal Research & Conservation identified those remains just recently! It is certainly a very special discovery, meaning these whales could be living within our larger Pulau Tinggi sea vicinity!
