We are looking for a passionate and qualified Electric Vehicle (EV) Trainer to join our TVET training team in developing future-ready automotive talent.

📌 Job Details
The role involves delivering structured SKM-based training under automotive and EV programmes, combining both theoretical and practical sessions aligned with industry standards.

📚 SKM Programme:
G452-002-2:2018 (Light Vehicle Repair Service – Level 2)
G452-007-3:2019 (Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Servicing – Level 3)

🔧 Key focus areas include: EV systems, batteries, electric motors, charging infrastructure, diagnostics, maintenance, and safety practices.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging theoretical and practical EV training sessions
* Conduct hands-on workshops and practical demonstrations
* Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
* Ensure training delivery meets SKM and industry requirements
* Support continuous improvement of training materials

📋 Requirements
* Diploma or higher in Automotive, Engineering, EV Technology or related field
* Strong communication and training facilitation skills
* Industry experience in automotive/EV is preferred
* Passion for TVET and talent development

📌 VTO (Vocational Training Officer) certification is an added advantage
