Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) wishes to alert the public to a fraudulent email purportedly sent using a Labuan FSA staff email address: “[email protected]”.

If you receive any email from this address, please DO NOT click on any links, open attachments, or respond to the email.

Please remain vigilant and verify any suspicious communication through Labuan FSA’s official channels.

Courtesy Visit by Sahibus Samahah Ahmad Fauwaz bin Fadzil, M***i Wilayah Persekutuan, and his delegation to Labuan Financial Services Authority on 13 May 2026. The delegation was warmly received by Mr Affendi Rashdi, Director General of Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), together with representatives from various relevant units.

The visit featured meaningful discussions on potential collaboration with Jabatan M***i Negara to strengthen the Islamic financial ecosystem and further promote Shariah-compliant finance in Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC).

Labuan FSA participated in the Money20/20 Asia & Policy20 in Bangkok

From panel discussions to high-level roundtables, Labuan FSA led by Mr Affendi Rashdi, Director General of Labuan FSA shared insights on financial inclusion, regulatory sandboxes, and the evolving AI landscape. Labuan FSA also connected with global regulators and industry leaders to exchange ideas and promote Labuan IBFC.
