Job description and responsibilities
* able to perform accounting data entry and posting in accounting system [Eboss];
* prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipt, statement of account, general ledger account and bank reconciliation;
* resolved management fee collection
* update financial records and be able to prepare monthly financial statement and other related reports;
* Communicate with property owners and tenants to ensure all queries are replied;
* provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of management office;
* daily clerical administration works.

Qualifications and skills required:-
* Diploma in administration and accounting;
* 2-3 years of clerical, account and admin or office experience;
* proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office;
* strong verbal and written communication skills;
* attention to details, honest and good organisation skills
