Every rider is different. Before making any adjustments, we always take time to understand the rider's concerns, riding goals, flexibility, comfort level, and overall needs. From there, we can fine-tune the bike position accordingly to achieve a setup that is comfortable, efficient, and sustainable for long rides.

A bike fit is not only about adjusting saddle height, reach, or cleat position. It is also about understanding how the rider interacts with the bike and helping them improve their riding experience.

During this session, we didn't just focus on bike fitting. We also shared our riding experiences, practical tips, and real-world insights gained from years of cycling and racing. Sometimes a small adjustment in riding technique, pacing, or bike handling can make a big difference in comfort and performance.
