A.牛油500,炼奶50,香草精1tsp
B.蛋黄20,蛋白5,幼糖150,蛋糕软化剂1tbsp
C.香港面粉120,奶粉20
C.爱迪覆盆子果酱200g
D.75%纽扣巧克力( #随意)
8寸方模铺纸备用

1 A料打发至奶白色,备用
2 B料高速打发至浓稠的状
3 再将打发好的蛋黄糊与牛油慢慢的混合搅拌均匀
4 分次晒入面粉翻拌均匀,最后拌入果酱混匀。
5 分两份,一份加入红色素
6 轮流烤完每一层即可
#全程只用上火烤蛋糕
#每层以100克比较适合
#这里姐姐偷懒125克一层😂😂
