Our team recently conducted a site walk at Gustina on May 14th to oversee the ongoing construction progress.
Regular on-site inspections and active discussions are an important part of our commitment to delivering quality spaces. We continue working closely with our partners, consultants, and team on the ground to ensure every stage is properly coordinated and progressing as planned.
Here is the latest progress update:
🏗️ Tower A has reached Level 8 and is now 80% sold!
🏢 Tower B is officially open for booking, with construction currently progressing at the Level 2 post-tensioning slab.
đźšś Construction works for the commercial floor have also begun.

Looking back at the incredible energy from the Grand Launching of Gustina Tower B on 18 April 2026!
It was a day filled with celebration, from the vibrant lion dance performances to the warm welcome at the MUU Works showroom.
We are thrilled to share these moments with our community as we continue to bring quality living spaces to life.

Curious about our recent trip to the UK? It wasn't for a holiday!
I recently went on a study trip with the Asian Real Estate Leaders (AREL), organized by the REHDA Institute and led by the Minister of Housing, YB Nga Kor Ming. We joined a curated group of developers and industry professionals to learn from mature cities like London, Cambridge, and Bristol.
Our main goal was exposure and learning, specifically looking at how these cities handle master planning for entire communities rather than just individual projects. It was also incredibly eye-opening to visit overseas projects by major Malaysian developers like YTL, Gamuda, and Eco World. Seeing the scale of their operations pushes my limits and inspires me to hopefully reach those heights someday.
Overall, this trip was about opening our perspectives, seeing how things are done differently, and discovering what valuable insights we can bring back home.
