Today marks the end of the PERANTIS PENDAYA Mentorship. Congratulations to all participants! đ
This was never meant to be just a touch-and-go workshop. Our mission has always been clear, to ensure every mentee walks away not only inspired, but equipped with practical strategies they can immediately apply in their business journey.
We believe real impact happens when knowledge turns into action.
May this be the beginning of stronger growth, bolder decisions, and sustainable success for each of you. The journey doesnât end here â this is only the start. đ

PERANTIS PENDAYA MENTORSHIP Phase 1 was designed as an active, real-world learning experience, not just a classroom session. Today, participants stepped into the role of leaders, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers instead of remaining as passive learners.
Through the simulasi kajian kes kepimpinan, they were placed in leadership situations that required them to think under pressure, make responsible decisions, and manage different personalities. This helped strengthen their critical thinking, emotional control, and ability to respond wisely in challenging situations. They learned that leadership is not about position, but about actions and judgment when facing difficulties.
During the pembentangan perniagaan and latihan rundingan, participants moved beyond theory and into actual practice. They pitched ideas, structured their thoughts, defended their proposals, and negotiated with others. This built their confidence in speaking, improved their ability to influence, and helped them understand the importance of creating winâwin outcomes rather than focusing only on personal gain.
In the segment on developing strategic collaboration, they discovered that success is rarely achieved alone. They explored how to recognize strengths in others, build meaningful partnerships, and think beyond short-term results toward long-term impact. This nurtures a mindset of cooperation over competition.
Overall, Phase 1 shifted their mindset from simply being program participants to seeing themselves as future leaders and entrepreneurs. It laid the foundation of courage, clarity, communication, and collaboration, which are essential before moving into deeper ex*****on stages. This is where personal growth truly begins.
⨠PERANTIS â PENDAYA | Special Momentâ¨
From WESNA Kuching, we would like to share a heartfelt highlight from the closing of the PERANTIS â PENDAYA program. We were truly honoured to have a special appearance by a renowned Iban singer who graced the event with her presence and inspired everyone in the room through her journey and artistry.
A sincere thank you to Olivia C. for taking the time to be with us and for uplifting the atmosphere with her warmth, talent and encouragement. Your presence added a meaningful cultural and inspirational touch to the program, leaving a lasting impression on our participants.
Moments like these remind us that empowerment also comes from representation, inspiration and celebrating local talents who pave the way for future generations.

Did my part on behalf of WESNA & Black Hornbill.
A heartfelt thank you to Black Hornbill Company for sponsoring blankets for Sarawak Childrenâs Cancer Society during their Christmas celebration at the centre.
We also shared a simple meal and desserts, a small act of rezeki, because in seasons of trial, presence matters more than perfection. Showing up matters.
We may not have much, but what we give comes with heart. We hope the children and their families know they are seen, remembered, and never alone.
Blessed holidays to everyone đ¤
