A 33-year-old female pedestrian was killed in a suspected hit-and-run incident along the Pan Borneo Highway in Niah, Miri, early this morning, says police. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, and the case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.

A total of 46 bodybuilders are competing across seven categories at the 5th Mr Kuching Bodybuilding Championships, which also serves as a selection platform for next week’s Mr Sarawak Bodybuilding Championships 2026, to be held at Boulevard Shopping Mall here on June 20.
