We’re looking for a committed Office Administrator to join our team. If you’re organized, responsible, and eager to learn – we welcome you to apply. Training will be provided.

Job Scope:
- Schedule daily jobs for service teams
- Contact customers to arrange appointments
- Follow up on complaint or callback jobs
- Monitor and follow up on expired/expiring contracts
- Handle internal administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Training provided
