Made with Australian ribeye steak and served with ulam chimichurri, fries and leafy salad, it is a dish that feels both comforting and refined. The steak brings richness, the ulam chimichurri adds a fresh local lift, and the sides round everything out for a main that feels generous without being too heavy.
