7 weeks out from NPC Natural.
体重继续稳定下降，这周保持在70kg左右，下周没意外的话会下降到69kg左右。
还是有很多脂肪要减。
饮食方面没什么问题，对吃的东西开始没什么欲望了，刷到美食博主也没有什么情绪起伏了😂像机器人一样固定的时间吃固定的东西，差不多麻木了😶
