Alright，事情是这样的，有一天接到一位陌生的顾客来电，电话号码是+62………..，起初我以为又是哪个诈骗集团，结果来的却是一位Cash Buyer‼️‼️‼️

这位aunty在外国一阵子了，准备先买一间屋子起来，打算回来退休，但是在好的地点房价都特贵，加上都是比较老的屋子，再加上如果是单层屋子更加稀有，buyer考虑到以后老了难爬楼梯，所以还是选择单层的好。

其实这位买家前前后后也看了不少房子，但是很多agent都爱理不理，认为他只是看爽爽的，最后小弟我用真诚的心打动了买家😅
当然这间屋子condition也好啦，地点也好就在Stutong，价钱也合理👍所以最后buyer爽快的买下。

前后不到一个月就交锁匙了，感谢这位cash buyer的支持&信任，让小弟有这个荣幸service你，帮你找到满意的屋子，感谢律师的效率，一开始这位aunty也是带着怀疑的心态来见我，想看看我的货源到底是不是会”货不对版”，因为他说他约了很多agent明明post的是A屋子，结果带她去看的却是B屋子🤔

而且这位aunty连WhatsApp也没有，还保持着传统的SMS方式，哈哈哈哈，但是最后还是顺利成交了🤝最后，Buyer还给我很多他自己的店卖&租哦，还说会把我介绍给他身边的朋友家人们🤭🤭真是隐藏性的富豪
