𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 𝐑𝐌𝟑,𝟓𝟎𝟎- 𝐑𝐌𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:
📌 Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and income statements.
📌 Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), taxation laws, and other relevant regulations.
📌 Prepare and submit timely and accurate tax returns, including corporate tax, sales and service tax (SST), and employee withholding tax.
📌 Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
📌 Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
📌 Conduct regular internal audits and support external audit processes.
📌 Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
📌 Liaise with external partners, such as auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities, as required.
📌 Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis.
📌 Address customer billing inquiries by responding to tickets and providing timely resolutions.
📌 Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
📌 Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of necessary documentation and coordination with HR.
📌 Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
📌 Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, placing orders when necessary and ensuring timely delivery.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
✅ Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Mandarin.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
✅Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting & Finance.
