Earl Grey tea has a unique flavor, it also has a wide range of health benefits, which made it a notable favorite among the British royals and elite during 17th Century.

Layers of French crepes with light Earl Grey pastry cream in between. Garnished with an indulgent tea glaze and edible butterfly pea flower.
