Exercise #002, Descents! This one goes: - start standing - go down to the floor (to your bum, or your back, or flat on your front, you choose) - get back up! How you do this isn't really important, though once you're moving comfortably, the old adage 'use your legs, not your back', is generally good to practise. Do this by trying to stack your head and shoulders over (vertically above) your hips.
