We are proud and delighted to announce that our Managing Partner, Mr Ariff Rozhan, has been appointed to the new panel of Arbitrators of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), for the 2026 – 2031 term.

Established in 1988, SHIAC is a leading arbitration institution in China, recognised for administering complex international disputes for over three decades and acknowledged as a growing international disputes hub with a panel of Arbitrators consisting of legal, trade and other experts from 133 countries and regions worldwide.

Bravo to our Mr Ariff Rozhan on this significant professional milestone, joining the ranks of a select panel of global arbitrators and underscoring recognition of his international expertise in cross-border disputes, as well as building on ARC’s Sino-Malaysian links.
