Job Responsibilities

· Determining product test purposes and designing product test cases/scripts for embedded software.
·Improving test approach and test cases/scripts to find regression issues (Regression Testing).

·End to end testing of company's decoders (All models) which includes manual, functional and non-functional testing.
·Identify gaps in processes and services across production and test environments
·Publishing defect report, tracking, and follow-up with fix validation
·Supporting field trials and soak testing
·Providing any ad-hoc testing required to validate fixes on development software
·Develop test tool and automated test scripts (if any)

Skills
·1 year of working experience in testing.

Job Responsibilities

Manage a team of designers and developers in implementing full-cycle design and deployment of projects encompassing planning, solutions development, and implementation as well as testing in line with set deadlines and budget.
Drive the requirement gathering, analysis, and translation of customer business requirements into the solution architecture.
Lead user engagement, complex functional analysis, and solutions review, functional and technical designs as well as configuration.
Define solutions parameters and specifications while negotiating and managing functional scopes to reduce business and technical risks.
Provide user training and post-go-live support while ensuring swift mitigation of all risks and resolution of conflicts.

Contract length: 12 months
Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities
This position is for an experienced technician on the Desktop Support team responsible for
partnering with both Client’s IT design teams and Level 1 Service Desk to provide support for core infrastructure and desktop technologies standard to Client’s operating environment.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Primary desktop support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management Infrastructure, Video Conferencing systems, and Client’s L3 application teams.
Responsible for technical troubleshooting, data gathering, and GAP analysis for issues impacting end users globally.
Ensures consistent processes, procedures and technologies are utilized across the Client’s enterprise environment.
Understand and follow directions provided by the Application and System Services team leads and managers.
Document recurring issues in the Client’s Knowledge Base
Document in detail case status and tasks/work completed with end-users in the Client’s ITSM system
Follow the Client’s critical incident process.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred

Technologies
Candidate must have 5 years combined experience and be proficient in supporting the following technologies:

Mobile Device Management and Mobile Web Apps, iOS, etc.
Active Directory Administration and Infrastructure Design
Windows 10 Operating System advanced troubleshooting; proficient using Windows registry
Microsoft Office Suite (2010/2016) advanced troubleshooting.
Hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue
General knowledge/troubleshooting for Macs
General knowledge/troubleshooting for Networking
General knowledge of Microsoft Intune
Printers
Skype Video Conferencing system support
Office 365
Understand and troubleshoot Azure MFA
Desktop imaging
Strong customer service skills
Experience in desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems, and desktop software. Experience with writing business requirements, process flows, functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and end-user documentation. Strong data analysis skills
