1. It is 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 for every member to attend this General Meeting (GM).

2. Members are required to fill up this form no matter you are *attending or not.*

3. Attendance is taken at the end of the meeting.

4. Members who couldn’t attend this GM have to send a formal email to the GM secretary, Michelle ([email protected]) by stating your valid reason latest *10th July 2024, 11:59 PM (Google form will also close at 11:59 PM)*

5. Members who failed to send the email for the absence will face a deduction of 5 CP Points.
