Here at DC, there is precision and focus applied to everything that we do, a constant honing daily as we seek to perfect each component, from à la carte dishes through to our tasting menu.

Our Miyazaki A5 Wagyu steak is the perfect example of how a dish evolves in minute ways, inspired by new discoveries and seasonality, but always served with the same DC consistency.
