One user paid RM4000 for a pair of Hoya multifocal lenses but not comfortable. He visited us yesterday for consultation if he could have a pair of usable multifocal specs. He was pleasantly surprised that we charge RM1000 (ranges from RM750 to RM5000 plus). We are confident he will be happy with his vision.

A 1st time patient was rather shocked that we could identify his cervical spondyloysis disorder after a brief consultation. He found it baffling for an optician to make such a firm diagnosis on a condition seemingly unrelated. Happily it does. We prescribed a pair of specs with the expectation that his cervical severe discomfort will be reduced considerably.
Follow up in 2 weeks will reveal the outcome.
