Today’s Breakfast Talk was a meaningful reminder that while business growth matters, it is our people and culture that truly shape who we are at EP Plus Group.

Amid the encouraging updates and strong momentum shared across our Business Units, Joshua's sharing on 𝗠𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 resonated strongly with many of us. It was a timely reflection on a value we hold close as a company – especially as we continue 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 across the healthcare space. Growth becomes more meaningful when it is built on trust, respect, and the willingness to support one another through challenges and successes alike.

We also took the opportunity to celebrate the mothers of EP Plus Group for the upcoming Mother’s Day. Shoutout to our HR team for their thoughtful gesture that added an extra sense of warmth to the gathering.
