Against all odds, today, we are 22.
Deeply in our hearts, we know that the reason for our longevity isn't how smart we are (even if we are), nor how skilled, how experienced, how resilient, whatever adjective that may describe us (even if we believe it to be true). The real reason is that we are imperfect.
Yes, our deep belief is that as a company, team, and people, we are nowhere near perfect.
With that belief, we aim to do better. To be better. To welcome others who are imperfect but on the same journey to better. And from the imperfection, we take comfort in our most significant achievement: an amazing team to grow with.
