眾聲宣言：流離青年很想家
概念：
每個獎項都有各自的宣言，呈現年輕世代中各種現象與發聲，此主題為「流離青年很想家」，並搭配獎項配樂「折桂令」的歌詞「一直轉」「一直盼」呼應錄音專輯的獎項名，所以一開頭畫面有著錄音設備的意象，轉盤的一邊代表著家的元素，另一頭是工作的場域不斷拉扯青年，身不由己。各入圍者的插畫則使用各種阻止返家的現象來表達「很想家但回不了家」的狀況，有在島內塞著車、被高牆擋住、以及外食的文化，慢慢堆疊「流離青年很想家」的情緒，最後再由寂寞的畫面收尾。
