📊Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science, Halal Management, Islamic Studies, or related
• Basic knowledge of halal standards (MS1500, MPPHM 2020, MHMS 2020) & food safety (HACCP, GMP)
• Good communication in BM & English, detail-oriented, proactive, willing to learn
• Comfortable working on the production floor
• Preferably from Serendah area

• Maintain halal certificates & supplier records
• Support hygiene & proper handling of halal products
• Assist audits & liaise with JAKIM/authorities
• Help conduct staff training

Min Requirement : SPM/Certificate or Diploma
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor production processes and ensure all processes and checks are complied with company regulations and Halal requirements.
2. Manage and maintain Halal certification applications, renewals, and documentation.
3. Ensure all raw materials, ingredients, and suppliers comply with Halal Standards.
4. Handle the receiving of raw material according to compliance.
5. Assist in daily reports on Production, Material Receiving and Production Output.
6. Assist operations in day-to-day tasks related to administration, delivery and logistics.
