ASEAN Digital Awards 2026
The ASEAN Digital Awards (ADA), formerly known as the ASEAN ICT Awards, is a prestigious regional recognition endorsed by the ASEAN Digital Ministers’ Meeting. The Awards honor outstanding digital achievements across ASEAN, highlighting innovative initiatives, products, and solutions that deliver real value to people’s lives and contribute to the region’s socio-economic growth.

The ASEAN Digital Awards 2026 will be hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Viet Nam, with the Final Round and Award Ceremony to be held in Vietnam, January 2026, alongside the 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers’ Meeting

Protecting your feet is a crucial part of managing diabetes. With simple daily habits, most serious foot problems can be prevented. Here’s your guide to proactive diabetic foot care:

✅ Check Daily: Look for cuts, blisters, redness, or swelling. Use a mirror to see the bottoms of your feet.
✅ Wash & Moisturize Gently: Use lukewarm water and mild soap. Dry thoroughly and moisturize—but avoid between the toes.
✅ Never Go Barefoot: Always wear shoes or slippers, even indoors, to protect from unseen injuries.
✅ Choose Proper Footwear: Wear supportive, well-fitting shoes with clean, seamless socks. Avoid pointy toes and high heels.
✅ Trim Nails Carefully: Cut straight across and file edges. See a professional for thick nails or corns.
✅ Promote Blood Flow: Put your feet up when sitting, wiggle your toes, and avoid crossing your legs for long periods. If you smoke, seek support to quit.
✅ Manage Your Diabetes: Keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol under control is the best defense.

🚨 When to See a Doctor Immediately:
Contact your healthcare provider RIGHT AWAY if you notice any sore that isn’t healing, redness, swelling, warmth, pain, unusual odor, or a change in your foot’s color or shape.

Remember: Your feet carry you for a lifetime. A few minutes of daily care can help you stay active, healthy, and prevent complications.
