On 23 March 2010, at a small café in Kuala Lumpur named Athena, NEAPOLI was officially registered. The vision was never modest. From day one, NEAPOLI—the new city—set out to reinvent the built environment and shape the cities of the future.

What followed was a journey of ambition, resilience, and global reach.

Rooted in Malaysia, yet driven by a philosophy without borders, NEAPOLI has grown into one of the world’s leading sustainability consultancies for the built environment. Today, our projects span over 15 countries across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

Our portfolio includes over 100 million square feet of transformative developments: from iconic skyscrapers and international airports to next-generation cities such as NEOM, Penang International Airport, and Doha International Airport.

Fifteen years on, NEAPOLI remains proudly Malaysian and fiercely independent—guided by the same founding conviction: that the future of cities must be sustainable, intelligent, and humane.

The European Union in Malaysia has made history by achieving four prestigious sustainability certifications for their office at Naza Tower!

4) CarbonIndex Gold

This is the first time a project in Malaysia has received such diverse and comprehensive recognition, setting a new benchmark for sustainability in the country.

Together, we’ve demonstrated what can be achieved through collaboration and innovation.

Celebrating GreenRE Gold Certification for Oaka Residences!

Oaka Residences by Berjaya Corporation Berhad has been awarded the GreenRE Gold Certification on 24th June 2024. This milestone reflects the dedication of Berjaya Hartanah Berhad to sustainable real estate practices.

The project achieves significant environmental impacts:
• Avoids 560 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually, equivalent to preserving 66 acres of Malaysian forest or offsetting the energy consumption of 94 homes.
• Replaces 22.41% of electricity at common spaces with renewable energy.
• Reduces water usage by 21.81% through efficient fittings.
