As Chinese New Year coincided with Ramadan, our Founder and Director, Ar David Teh hosted only a small gathering for CNY Loh Sang. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable dinner of fellowship, food and drinks.

Our Founder and Director Ar David Teh was a speaker at MAW Malaysian Architecture Weeks BORAK BORAK 01 on 23 May 2025 at The Toffee in Kuala Lumpur.

The event is an exhibition of architecture and designs with a series of conversations BORAK BORAK

The exhibition is also a reflection behind the Houses KL7 exhibition in Ginza Tokyo in February/March 1985.
Three of the KL7 namely Dato’ Ar Hajeeder Abdul Majid, Ar Jimmy C S Lim and Ar David Teh were present to share their experiences

Minister of Housing & Local Government YB Nga Kor Ming opened the exhibition and BORAK BORAK series of conversations
