Dear Valued Owners/Residents,

For the information of all residents, the Management has been informed on yesterday evening that there are resident in Level 3 Block C that he has confirmed positive Covid-19. KKM is handling the case.
Sanitisation exercise is scheduled this evening and will be covering the relevant areas within the property.
We strongly urge you to refrain from leaving your home, unless it is absolutely necessary. Please wear your face masks when you are outside your unit, frequently sanitise your hands and please adhere to the SOP’s that are in place.
Let us all work together to curb the spread of Covid 19 in Setapak Ria Condominium.

Untuk makluman semua penduduk, pihak Pengurusan telah dimaklumkan pada petang semalamm terdapat seorang penduduk di Tingkat 3 Blok C disahkan positif Covid-19. KKM sedang menangani kes tersebut.
Kerja-kerja sanitasi akan dijalankan dan akan merangkumi kawasan-kawasan yang berkenaan di tempat penginapan ini.
Kami sangat menggesa anda untuk tidak meninggalkan rumah anda, kecuali jika ia benar-benar diperlukan. Pakai topeng muka semasa berada di luar unit, kerap membersihkan tangan dan mematuhi SOP yang ada.
Marilah kita semua bekerjasama untuk mengekang penyebaran Covid 19 di Setapak Ria Condominium.

管理层已于昨天晚上获悉，C 座3楼的居民已确认 Covid-19 呈阳性。 KKM 正在处理此案。
下午进行消毒工作，并将覆盖物业内的相关区域。
我们强烈敦促您不要经常离开家，除非绝对必要。外出时请戴上口罩，经常消毒双手，并遵守 SOP。

Dear All Valued Owners / Tenants,
For the information of all residents, the Management has been informed by one of the tenant in Level 15, Block D that she has confirmed positive Covid-19. This patient is still at home and is waiting for further instructions from the District Health Center (PKD).

Management will engage a professional sanitizing company to disinfect following areas to avoid any possibility of occurrence.
1. Main Lobby at Ground Floor
2. All lifts at Block D,
3. Common areas and corridor of Block D, Level 15
4. Guard House and other common area

Residents with early symptoms of Covid-19 or unhealthy are asked to seek treatment at the nearest clinic or health center.

Cooperation from all residents is expected to ensure we can curb the spread of Covid-19 at Setapak Ria Condominium.

It is hoped that the owners / residents often wash their hands with water and soap, use face masks in public areas, practice social imprisonment, avoid crowded places and comply with all SOP recommendations from the MOH

Semua Pemilik / Penyewa yang dihormati,
Untuk makluman semua penduduk, Pihak Pengurusan telah dimaklumkan oleh salah seorang penduduk di Block D bahawa dia telah disahkan positif Covid-19. Pesakit ini masih berada dirumah dan sedang menunggu arahan seterusnya dari Pusat Kesihatan Daerah (PKD).

Pihak Pengurusan akan memanggil syarikat pembersih profesional untuk membasmi kuman di kawasan berikut untuk mengelakkan kemungkinan berlakunya kejadian tersebut.
1. Lobi Utama dan Tingkat Bawah
2. Semua lif di Blok D,
3. Kawasan umum dan koridor Blok D, Tingkat 15
4. Rumah Pengawal dan kawasan umum yang lain
Diminta penduduk yang mempunyai gelaja-gejala awal Covid-19 ataupun tidak sihat segera mendapatkan rawatan di klinik atau pusat kesihatan terdekat.

Kerjasama dari semua penduduk diharapkan bagi memastikan kita dapat membendung penularan Covid-19 di Setapak Ria Condominium.

Diharap pemilik/penduduk kerap mencuci tangan dengan air dan sabun, meggunakan pelitup muka dikawasan umum, mengamalkan pejarakan social, mengelakkan tempat sesak dah mematuhi segala saranan SOP dari pihak KKM

Segala perhatian dan kerjasama tuan/puan amatlah dihargai

希望业主/居民经常用水和肥皂洗手，在公共场所使用口罩，实行社会监禁，避免拥挤的地方并遵守卫生部的所有SOP建议
