Olivier Lejeune’s young domaine of Clos des Plantes provides us with this beautiful white wine. Grown in volcanic rock and quartz in addition to the respectful ecological cultivation process, this Chenin gives off an aromatic exuberance with hints of mango, crisp apples and mirabelle plum.

Paired wonderfully well with our special - snapper crudo, pomelo, orange, ponzu dressing, sesame & avruga caviar
