Intercom Team Flies from London & Dublin to NEXT Bangladesh for Fin AI Closed-Beta Sprint
A year ago, Intercom — one of the world’s leading support platforms — launched their AI agent, FinAI. From day one, we were in.
Operating in a global, hyper-competitive industry, we knew we had to lead from the front — not just in using AI, but in transforming how we work with it. From product to ops, AI-first has been our mindset for months.
So when FinAI launched, we integrated fast. Our team trained it on our entire knowledge base and tested its limits. And when the July 2024 internet shutdown hit — cutting off our 70+ support team — FinAI became essential. With urgent support from Intercom, we went live instantly. No delays. No negotiations. Just speed and shared mission.
Since then, it’s grown into a deep partnership. With 250K+ daily active users, we’re one of Intercom’s largest customers — collaborating on open betas, roadmap features, and even custom solutions.
Support AI isn’t just about answering FAQs. To truly scale, it must evolve:

2. Personalized
3. Action-based
4. Troubleshooting/debugging
We’re building toward agentic support — where AI doesn’t just answer, but acts, learns, and adapts.
That’s why we’re also working together on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — a new standard from Anthropic that enables AI systems to operate with shared context and memory. Intercom has launched their MCP client; we’re building our own custom servers to match — paving the way for interoperable, real-time, AI-powered support systems.

Last week, a 5-member Intercom delegation — led by led by Phil Moore (Head of Sales Engineering) and Ciaran Nolan (Senior Director, EMEA) — visited our Dhaka HQ for an intensive FinAI closed-beta sprint.
They worked hands-on with our technology and support teams to push boundaries, test real-world use cases, and align on what’s next.
We’ve been actively embedding AI across every layer of our business — and we’re just getting started. From support to systems, we look forward to integrating AI into everything we build.
Most weeks, I work 12–14 hours a day.
On weekends, I still give it 4–8 hours.
That’s around 70–80 hours per week. And i’ve been doing this for last 13 years.
Personal tasks? Delegated at scale.
Calls? Mostly incactive.
Social media? Rarely attended.
Flights? I take them on weekends.
Birthdays, hangouts, invitations — missed more times than I can count.
Misunderstood? Frequently.
But that’s the price.
The price of building with a dream and the will to see it through.
Not just to launch and exist — but to succeed, to lead, and to stay relevant.
We’re building in a competitive market.
Against mature competitors.
To succeed, we know we have to outperform, outwork, and innovate faster.
And we realized something else:
Building global is hard. But being global is harder.
It means recruiting globally.
Operating globally.
Managing distributed teams.
Scaling culture, speed, and systems across borders and time zones.
There’s no shortcut to it.
Just vision, strategy, ex*****on and above all, grit.
You and your team have to be willing to dive deep.
Not just with your time, but with your mind and your heart.
