(Beijing, 24th news) Chinese barrage film website bilibili (station B) has been oversubscribed by 170 times in the Hong Kong public offering, involving 270,000 subscriptions. It is one of the companies with the highest subscription multiple among the proposed stocks in the secondary listing. The frozen capital is about 130 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 69.1 billion ringgits).

Based on the 170-fold over-subscription initially recorded at station B, the public offering part will return 12% of the total number of shares issued so far, that is, increase from the original only 750,000 shares to 3 million shares. At the same time, Station B set the guidance price for listing in Hong Kong at HK$808 (approximately RM429) on Tuesday (23rd), which is a significant drop of 18% from the original upper limit of the initial offer price of HK$988 (approximately RM525). As of the close of U.S. stocks on Tuesday, Bilibili closed at US$105.99 (approximately MYR438) per share. On the basis that each American Depositary Share is equivalent to 1 share of Class Z Hong Kong common stock, the value of each stock market is HK$822.48 (approximately MYR437). The guide price for listing in Hong Kong is 1.76% discount to US stocks. Station B will announce the results of the IPO this Friday (26th) and will be officially listed on the 29th of this month.
