外面有很多为了方便都会买现成的包装Rendang酱。
可我们为了让大家吃到干净又新鲜的 rendang酱。花4个小时熬煮的酱头。就连 chili boh也是自己煮的。所以有吃过我们家的 Rendang 鸡都会吃到有些碎碎的香茅渣。
为了配合大众口味这个食谱也是经过了多次改良。
除了4个小时的酱头。每天早上1个小时的rendang 鸡。我们只卖RM5！！不过分吧😊
当然除了rendang鸡以外我们也有 rendang猪肉🥩。想吃就赶紧过来找我们哦🤗🤗
