Alhamdulillah, a good start for 2026.
Today we catered a lunch order of 40 pax from AquariaKLCC.
They are having plain white rice, chicken paprik, shrimp masak lemak cili padi with sambal belacan and watermelon.

It has been a while!
Life has been busy with our daily catering orders. Alhamdulillah.

We bring you some sneak peek of our behind the scene of prep process.

Here we are dicing our potatoes with the our in house dicer, Abang Jabir 🤪.
Luckily we have him, dicing potatoes takes under 5 minutes, phew!

The size is rather small because this order is for the kiddos. Easier for them to chew.
